Shuchi Mathur is a customer-obsessed technology leader with over 20 years of experience building and scaling Customer Success and Solutions Engineering organizations at the intersection of data, AI, product, and go-to-market. She currently serves as Head of Global Solutions Engineering at Gracenote (Nielsen), where she leads global teams helping customers operationalize AI-driven products—translating complex data, ML, and platform capabilities into real customer outcomes. Her work focuses on co-innovating beyond traditional CS models, reimagining customer-facing business and technical roles, workflows, and skills to unlock adoption, retention, and long-term value in an AI-driven world. Across her career, Shuchi has partnered with some of the world’s most demanding platforms including Google, YouTube, Apple, Prime Video, Meta, Samsung navigating high-stakes, deeply technical implementations where trust, scale, and customer impact mattered more than hype. Previously, as VP of Customer Experience & Partnerships at Reelgood, and earlier in leadership roles at Gracenote, she built global teams responsible for complex customer integrations experience that now informs her pragmatic, no-nonsense approach to applying AI in CS. She also hosts the podcast Pushing Boundaries, where she explores how leaders adapt when technology forces uncomfortable change.
