Conquer the imposter - finding your calm within the chaos through emotional intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is more than just “Being Nice.” It is about understanding your own emotions and others, using them to guide effective communication and build strong, impactful relationships. It establishes a standard of behavior that helps you be insightful and strategic in your personal and professional interactions. It is a complete game changer for those of us on customer-facing teams.
We are all being asked to “Do more with less” and yet the challenges we face have not changed. Increase Customer Satisfaction, Increase Customer Spend, Reduce Churn, Prove ROI…however if we continually repeat the same actions without seeing different results, where does that leave us? Why is Customer Success still fighting for a “seat at the table?” I believe Emotional Intelligence is a solution yet to be embraced and I’d like to change that.
Through my personal journey facing extreme trauma and severe PTSD, I was forced to face my own lack of Emotional Intelligence. The time I’ve spent investing in myself and developing a new methodology to help me mature and grow has resulted in fantastic professional results. It's not a secret I want to keep to myself! I want anyone who is open to a new approach to the management and development of critical business relationships to discover Emotional Intelligence for themselves and realize the possibilities Emotional Intelligence creates.
