As a Director at Yahoo, he leads a diverse and talented team of 600 staff across three countries and five sites, supporting major brands such as AOL and Yahoo. In his current role,Mark has researched, developed, and deployed a new ID-verification solution that earned millions in 2022. He has also created new tools to automatically restore compromised accounts in the call center, reducing human error and improving customer service efficiency. Mark leverages his skills in social networking, customer relationship management, and problem solving to deliver outstanding results for Yahoo and its customers.
