Bram is a customer success leader with over a decade of experience in the software and IT industry, currently serving as Customer Success Director for Strategic Accounts at Siemens Digital Industries Software. Based in Rotterdam, he leads a team of senior professionals supporting large enterprise clients, with a strong focus on digital transformation and digital execution. Previously, Bram led the Digital Execution Practice across EMEA, driving strategy and guiding consultants within the customer success organization. Before joining Siemens, he spent more than eight years at Mendix, where he held roles including Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Director, helping clients maximize the value of their technology investments through onboarding, best practices, and ongoing support. Known for his energetic and client-focused approach, Bram combines a solid technical background with a passion for continuous learning and team development, enabling both his clients and colleagues to grow and succeed.
