Sean Ilenrey went from a homeless high school dropout to an award-winning Executive in Tech and Keynote Speaker. He has over 20 years of experience in the Customer Experience industry ranging from retail to technical support. He has built and managed several departments Domestically, in Latin America and the Philippines.
Sean’s key achievements include relocating abroad to Hermosillo, Mexico launching his company's first centralized Workforce Planning and Real Time Analytics department in Latin America. He has also been entrusted to manage the profitability of accounts that generated revenues in excess of $250 Million annually.
Sean has experience working for and supporting several Fortune 500 accounts at the Executive level. He is currently the Vice President of Support and Executive Sponsor for Leadership Development at the industry-leading tech unicorn Dutchie.
His areas of expertise include International Leadership, Customer Support, Customer Success, Workforce Management, Business Operations, and Organizational Development.
