What AI is actually doing in support right now
Sergey Kravchenko, Senior Director of Product Support - Europe at Sitecore, cuts through the noise around AI in customer support to share what's really happening on the ground. Rather than speculation about where AI might go, this keynote focuses on where it already is: how Sitecore is balancing automation with human judgment, what's working in ticket resolution, and where the limits still sit. Sergey will cover: - The current split between AI-handled and human-handled tickets, and why that balance matters - Early goals versus actual outcomes: what's landed, what's fallen short - Signals that tell you when a case needs a human, not a bot - What success looks like when you measure AI's contribution honestly, not optimistically
