From tech-touch to enterprise customer success, Jeff has overseen the customer experience and built great teams along the way. He believes that finding, developing, and building great customer professionals is the key to healthy companies, satisfied customers, and expanding contracts. An avid (often frustrated) Utah Jazz fan, mountain biker, and camper, Jeff spends his spare time with his wife and 4 children.
