Priyanka Sarkar leads Mastercard’s global product management for a key Acceptance suite, focusing on customer experience, onboarding, and developer experience within the payment ecosystem. With nearly two decades in product strategy, management, and customer experience, she joined Mastercard in 2016 and has held several leadership roles, including Customer Delivery lead for Acceptance in Asia Pacific. Priyanka has also worked with Visa Inc., NPCI, and RS Software. She is passionate about payments and product-led growth, mentoring AI/ML innovations, and leading the Women’s Leadership Network for Mastercard India. An engineer from Manipal Institute of Technology, she holds credentials from Harvard Business School and IIM-Kozhikode.
