As Director of Customer Success Engineering at UKG, he helps large organizations drive adoption, strengthen executive relationships, and realize measurable business value. He previously held leadership roles including VP of HR and IT at Agilex Business Solutions and HR Director at Pioneer Metal Finishing, and led HR and payroll initiatives at Kohl’s and Schneider National. Combining practitioner experience with CS leadership, Brad focuses on using AI and product telemetry to identify risk early and proactively improve customer outcomes.
