Doug Norton is an impactful operator and thought leader in Customer Success, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at BILL where he leads an organization responsible for onboarding, solutions consulting, professional services, post-sales, and customer success management - supporting over 100,000 customers. Doug began his career at KPMG, advising technology companies from Fortune 500 giants to early-stage startups. He later joined Dell Technologies, where he built the company’s first Customer Success function and helped scale its enterprise software business into a $1.7 billion operation. Doug holds a degree in Information Systems from BYU and an MBA with honors from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. After 14 moves, he now calls Highland, Utah home, where he lives with his wife and six children.
