With over 20 years of experience, Sara Wolf believes that the secret to lasting growth isn't just a great product; it's the people and the partnerships behind it. Currently the Director of Customer Onboarding (Americas) at Google, Sara leads a diverse, global team focused on delivering early results and sustainable success for new advertisers ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises. An expert in Customer Success and Onboarding best practices, Sara is known for operationalizing AI adoption across the customer lifecycle and building high-performance sales cultures rooted in customer centricity. A former Division I athlete, Sara brings a disciplined, coaching-centric leadership style to work and also to her community, where she serves on a youth soccer board and coaches her childrens' soccer teams. Additionally, outside of work, you can find Sara spending time with her two children and husband, playing tennis or golf, running, or seeing live music.
